Customer Reviews
Decent value on sale
I was looking for some affordable Hosta plants and saw Greenwood Nursery had a perennial plant deal. I signed up for their newsletter to get the 10% off, which brought the price down nicely. The plants arrived in about a week. They weren't huge, but healthy for the price I paid. Felt like a good deal overall.
Loved my new Hydrangeas!
I got two Hydrangeas and they are absolutely gorgeous! The packaging was excellent, no soil spilled or broken branches. They arrived so quickly, too! I'm so excited to see them bloom fully next season. I will definitely be buying more plants from them in the spring!
Healthy plants, slow customer service
I bought several Leyland Cypress trees during their spring planting deal. The plants themselves were very healthy and robust when they arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Shipping took about 8 days to reach my home in Texas, which felt a bit long, but they were still in good shape. I did have a question about watering after they arrived and tried contacting customer service through email. It took them three business days to respond, which could be improved. However, the quality of the trees made up for the wait.
Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered three Thuja Green Giant Arborvitae trees from Greenwood Nursery. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, easy to find what I needed. They shipped within 3 days and arrived well-packaged in good condition. The trees were about 2 feet tall as described and looked healthy. I planted them a week ago and they seem to be settling in nicely. No issues with delivery or the plants themselves. I appreciated the planting instructions included.

Hey, thinking about ordering some Thuja Green Giants. Anyone know if they ship to California, specifically?
Are their plants mostly bare root or do they ship them in pots?
Anyone know if they do free shipping codes sometimes? Or is it always paid shipping?
Just wondering about the quality of their plants. Are they usually healthy when they arrive, or do they come looking kinda sad?
What happens if a plant arrives dead or dies soon after planting? Is their guarantee any good?
